How Does NDPR work?

 

If you are evacuated  all you need to do is call and let us know. Once you call, then we go into action. We find out who is going in to help with the pets in the area and we will fax them your information, we will then follow up with them, when they find your pet, they will contact us and let us know where your pet is and we will relay that information to you.

Who will get my personal information?

 

We do not give any information out at any time without you knowing first. And when we give out information we only give out your pet information to those who are looking for pets.

What if you lose my information?

 

We back up all our files three ways. We have everything on an external hard drive so that no one can get to it. We also have an online storage and just to make sure we do a hard copy of everything.

What if your company is also evacuated?

 

We can set up anywhere and can get to your information.

What if I move?

 

Just let us know and we will update any information.

What if I get a new pet?

 

If you one pet with us already you can add a pet for just 10.00. Just click on “add a pet”

What if my pet dies can I get a refund?

 

I am sorry we do not offer refunds. However if you get a new pet before your time is up we will add that pet at no cost. Just give us a call or email to let us know.

I have more then two pets how do I cover everyone?

 

Just click on “add a pet” there is a $10.00 charge for each additional pet.
