We at NDPR are here to help.  A few years ago we had friends that were affected by a disaster. They were lucky to have had the time to get back to their home and pick up their pets, however it was very close and many others were not so lucky. After that happened, we helps others try to locate their pets, however we found that it was just crazy. There were so many people trying to help, however there was not just one place that has all the information. No one could even tell us where all the pets were going that were found. We saw that there was a real need for a touch stone so to speak , where there is one place that will have all the information about who is out there helping and what is happening with those pets that are found.
